A hinge connection (for doors, especially car doors, windows, cupboards or the luggage boot in a motor vehicle) comprising a bearing housing, a portion swingable in relation to this housing, and two coaxial bearing portions which are connectable to the swingable portion, is characterised in that the bearing housing 1, shaped with two coaxial bearing horses 8 forming a space 7 therebetween, is provided with frusto-conical bearings bores 9 housing the complementary surfaces 3 of the two coaxial bearing portions 4 and 5, which at their ends are each provided with a tenon 13 of non-circularcross section, preferably square, which tenons are insertable into an opening 14 of cross section corresponding there to in the hub 15 of the swingable portion 2, the bearing portions being tightened against each other by an axially arranged screw 6. The screw 6 may have a head 17 and be freely turnable in axial bore 18, while the opposite end 19 is adapted to be secured into the internally threaded bore 20 of the other boring portion 5. The bearing housing and swingable portion may each be provided with an attachment arrangement (similar to the bottom plate 10) interconnecting the bearing horses, having apertures 11 for attachment screws, or an attachment bolt 21 provided with a washer 22 and nuts 23.
