<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The air flow channels (9) are open on opposite length sides of the cooler block (3, 4) so that the air flows through the block in a direction at right angles to the coolant flow direction. #CMT# : #/CMT# A turbo charger (6) mounted on the engine compresses the charge air and supplies it to the cooler, which comprises an elongated cooler block mounted inside a casing (2) with an inlet and outlet. The block comprises alternating channels with a rectilinear cross-section for carrying charge air and coolant (8), when viewed in cross-section.
