<p>The invention relates to a closing device for closing tubular packagings filled with a product, especially food. Said device comprises at least three closing elements (10) can be displaced relative to each other such that a closing opening (12) can be reduced in size. In order to close the tubular packaging, a locking clip (16) is placed around the tubular packaging as a result of displacement of the closing elements (10). According to the invention, a positioning element (24) is provided in order to connect, in a precise manner, the two ends of the locking clip which is preferably made of plastic. A first end (22) of the locking clip is placed on the positioning element (24) in a connection position, whereby the second end (32) of the locking clip, in said connection position, is brought into contact with the first end (22) of the locking clip (16).</p> |
