<p>A translation support device (1) includes original sentence replacement means (4), translation means (5), and translation sentence replacement means (6). The original sentence replacement means (4) replaces a part of a character string constituting an original sentence (hereinafter, this character string will be referred to as an original sentence partial expression) with a short character string (hereinafter, this character string will be referred to as an original sentence dummy head) representing the character string, thereby degenerating the original sentence to create an original sentence skeleton sentence. The translation means (5) acquires the translated skeleton sentence which is a translation of the original sentence skeleton sentence and the translated partial expression which is a translation of the original sentence partial expression. Subsequently, the translated sentence replacement means (6) replaces the original sentence dummy head translated in the translated skeleton sentence with the translated partial expression, thereby obtaining the translation of the entire original sentence before degenerated.</p> |
