The apparatus has a diffuser which is supplied with water and air. The diffuser filters the air, cools the air, stores and increases the pressure of the caught water and air to form air and water mixture in snow form. The produced snow is pressed and discharged towards the exterior. A water pipe and an air pipe are connected to the diffuser for supplying the air and water at predetermined pressure to make snow. The apparatus also includes a freezer, a filtering unit, a thermal isolation unit for expanding the snow, a chamber for storing the snow, a pressing unit, and a collecting unit for the formed snow.
