A handle is rotatable about its axis relative to a housing between two extreme positions phase opposite from each other at 180 degree angles. At each extreme position the handle runs parallel to the axis of a seal roll in the housing. A fixed support maintains the handle in either extreme position or in an intermediate position perpendicular to the seal roll axis.
