The method involves assigning minimal and maximum cellular mobile telephone network resource values for each of mobile telecommunication terminals (T). A function representative of the resources consumed by the terminal is computed for each terminal. An optimal value of consumed resources is assigned for each terminal according to the values of the computed function. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) an equipment for allocating resources of a cellular mobile telephone network to a set of mobile telecommunication terminals of the network (B) a software module stored on a medium including instruction codes for the execution of a cellular mobile telephone network resource allocating method.
