The method involves transmitting low power at radiation frequencies of local oscillators by a transmission panel (PE), and receiving, by a reception panel (PR), data transmitted by the panel (PR). Operating frequencies of the panel are that of the oscillators determined based on frequencies allocated to a base station related to a mobile communication network cell in which the presence of a mobile telephone in wait state is detected. Independent claims are also included for the following: (A) utilization of a method for forming a device of detecting a mobile telephone in wait state (B) a device for detecting a mobile telephone in wait state. |
