The device has a ring arranged between two suction cups (VE1, VE2) superposed in a head-to-foot manner. The cups are equipped with respective locking units (OV1, OV2) cooperating with each other when the cups present a preset angular shift with respect to a position occupied by the cups when they are not constrained. The unit (OV1) is provided with pins (ER11-ER14) fitted with respective pins (ER21-ER24) arranged in the unit (OV2). The device is made as a single block by molding, and is made of an elastomer material.
