A polynucleotide encodes a G protein-coupled receptor having the sequence shown as SEQ ID NO:38. Also described are vectors, host cells, GPCR fusion proteins, pharmaceutical compositions and methods of identifying modulators of G protein-coupled receptors. Modulators of the receptor may be useful for treating pancreatic endocrine disorders and pancreatic endocrine disorders, diabetes and pancreatic insufficiency.
