Control units selectively control opening and closing of the valves, respectively to obtain a total of passage sections equal to yxS/M, where y is a whole number varying between 0 and M, based on needs. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a method to modulate the fluidic pressure between high pressure source and vehicle equipment using the pressure. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for modulating the fluidic pressure between a high pressure source and an electropneumatic or electrohydraulic vehicle equipment (claimed) such as jack, brake caliper, hydropneumatic suspension to control heights of body shell of the vehicle, clutch to automatically assist and/or control clutching and declutching of engine with the wheels of the vehicle, hydraulic braking system, throw-out fork actuating jack and transmission fork actuating jack to automatically assist and/or control shifting. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The device allows to better modulate the fluidic pressure between the high pressure source and the vehicle equipment, using the valves. The device permits to use a set of valves with the judiciously calibrated opening sections to simulate the operation of a proportional valve, using a valve controlling sequential logic. The architecture of the device allows a modest cost, a tested reliability of the valves, a dynamics and a precision of regulation with respect to those of a proportional valve. The device allows to select the number of necessary valves according to the precision desired for the pressure control.
