A disconnect fastener (14) is mounted pivotally on the mount around an axle (21) parallel to longitudinal direction of the tab and contained in a symmetrical plane of the mount. Two stops (25, 26) situated on both sides of the symmetry plane of the mount contact with the surface in order to limit rotation of the mount with respect to the fastener. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for a windshield for a motor vehicle. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Used for a wiping deeply curved surface of a panoramic windshield wiper of a windscreen in a motor vehicle (claimed). #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The stops contact with the surface to be cleaned in order to limit rotation of the mount with respect to the fastener, thus maintaining an angle of incidence of the brushes approximately lesser than 4 degree with respect to the normal, so that a wiping angle is maintained around an ideal value of 45 degree irrespective of curve of the surface to be wiped. The blade therefore improves the wiping capacity on the deeply curved surfaces.
