摘要 <p>#CMT# #/CMT# Monocomponent polyorganosiloxane (POS) composition (A) (stable during storage in the absence of moisture and cross linking agent in the presence of water to form an elastomer), comprises a linear cross-linkable polyorganopolysiloxane, a filler and a cross linking catalyst (comprising a vanadium and a titanium compound), where POS has reactive groups of alkoxy (preferred), oxime, acyl and/or enoxy, and (I) does not contain hydroxylated POS. #CMT# : #/CMT# An independent claim is also included for an elastomer (adhering on various substrates) obtained by cross linking and hardening (A). #CMT#USE : #/CMT# (A) is useful for the preparation of an elastomer (claimed), which is useful for its broad applicability in joining, sealing and molding. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# (A) is stable during storage in the absence of moisture and cross linking agent in the presence of water (claimed). (A) avoids releasing toxic materials during the preparation of elastomer. #CMT#ORGANIC CHEMISTRY : #/CMT# Preferred Composition: (A) comprises: a linear cross-linkable polyorganopolysiloxane compound (I) (having alkoxy terminal groups) of formula ((R 2>) a[R-fo] 3-aSi-O-[(R 1>)Si(R 1>)-O] n-Si(R 2>) a[R-fo] 3-a), polyorganosiloxane resin activated by R-fo radical having two different siloxyl units of formula (R 1>) 3SiO 1/2(M), (R 1>) 2SiO 2/2(D), R 1>SiO 3/2(T) or SiO 2(Q), where at least one of units is T or Q unit, and the resin has a weight content of functional radicals R-fo (0.1-10%); a cross linker of formula (R 2>) aSi[R-fo] 4-a; a non-reactive linear polydiorgano siloxane (non functionalized Rfo) of formula (R 1>) 3SiO-[Si(R 1>)(R 1>)-O] m-Si(R 1>) 3; #m = value conferring a dynamic viscosity on (D) at 25[deg]C (10-200000 mPa.s); vanadium compound Ea and a titanium compound Eb as catalyst or cross linking accelerator; a filler; and an auxiliary agent. (A) comprises vanadium metal (0.01-1 (preferably 0.05-0.3) wt.%); titanium metal (0.01-1 (preferably 0.03-0.25) wt.%). Preferred Components: The filler comprises reinforcement or semi-reinforcing siliceous charge or comprising carbonate. The vanadium Compound are vanadyl trialcoxylate. The vanadium compound is tris-isopropoxy vanadium oxide, tri-ethoxy vanadium oxide, tris-tert-butoxy vanadium oxide, tris-(2-methyl propoxy) vanadium oxide, tris-(1-methyl propoxy) vanadium oxide, vanadium oxychloride, bis-isopropoxy vanadium oxide, di-ethoxy vanadium oxide, bis-tert-butoxy vanadium oxide, bis-(2-methyl propoxy) vanadium oxide, bis-(1-methyl propoxy) vanadium oxide, tetrakis-isopropoxy vanadium, tert-methoxy vanadium, tert-ethoxy vanadium, tetrakis-tert-butoxy vanadium, tetrakis-(2-methyl propoxy) vanadium, tetrakis-(1-methyl propoxy) vanadium. The titanium compound is of formula Ti[(OCH 2CH 2) cOR 7>] 4. The titanium compound is ethyl titanate, propyl titanate, isopropyl titanate, butyl titanate, ethyl-2 hexyl titanate, octyl titanate, decyl titanate, dodecyl titanate, beta -methoxyethyl titanate, beta -ethoxyethyl titanate, beta -propoxyethyl titanate, titanate of formula Ti[(OCH 2CH 2) 2OCH 3] 4or polymers obtained from partial hydrolysis of isopropyl, butyl or ethyl-2 hexyl titanates. R 1>monovalent 1-13C hydrocarbonated radical (optionally substituted) (preferably 1-13C (halo) alkyl, 5-13C (halo) cycloalkyl, 2-8C alkenyl, 6-13C aryl, 6-13C mononuclear halo aryl radicals, 2-3C cyanoalkyl radicals, methyl, ethyl, propyl, isopropyl, N-hexyl, phenyl, vinyl or 3,3,3-trifluoropropyl (most preferred)); R 2>monovalent 1-13C hydrocarbonated radical (optionally substituted); R-fo : an oxime of formula (R 3>) 2C=N-O; R 3>1-8C alkyl, 3-8C cycloalkyl, 2-8C alkenyl or an alkoxy of formula R 4>O(CH 2CH 2O) b; R 4>1-8C alkyl, 3-8C cycloalkyl or an acyl of formula R 5>C(=O)(O); R 5>monovalent 1-13C hydrocarbonated radical or an enoxy of formula R 6>R 6>C=CR 6>-O; R 6>H or monovalent 1-13 C hydrocarbonated radical; R 7>1-12C alkyl; n : value conferring a dynamic viscosity on POS A at 25[deg]C (500-1000000 mPa.s); a : 0-1; c : 0-2; and b : 0 or 1. Provided that, when c is 0, then R 7>alkyl radical has 2-12 carbon atoms, and when c is 1 or 2, then R 7>is alkyl radical having 1-4 carbon atoms or a polymer obtained from partial hydrolysis of these monomers with c representing zero. Provided that, a part of R 1>radicals are R-fo radicals.</p>
