<p>A vacuum device for outtake of unwanted dye component in automated letter consignment is solving the problem of contamination in the process of printing bar codes on letter envelopes at a simple and compact structure of such a device at the same time. The principle of operation is a very simple one, for it is a matter of simultaneous suction of dye fog - generated during printing of letter paper - at the takeoff position near the ink jet printer (10) head and filtration of dye-fog-contaminated air through a filtration device (19). In case of an operation error of the device for outtake of unwanted dye component, a protective regulator (21) is activated to protect a compressor (18) against overloading.</p> |
