The plate has a printed circuit supporting 405 reflecting LEDs distributed on the entire surface. A transparent lucite plastic matrix has 405 holes for the LEDs, where rear side of the matrix is covered with a flexible reflective sheet constituting the base. Dark alphanumeric characters are affixed on a rear side of another plastic matrix. A luminosity control part is integrated on both sides of the plate below the bluish parts.
