<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an IC card system that can fairly be used by any one by adopting a concept of universal design in an IC card system. <P>SOLUTION: An automated cash deposit and extraction system (ATM) 10 being an IC card terminal is provided with a display panel 11, speaker 12 and headphones 13, touch panel 14 and braille panel 15 as means for serving an operator. In the IC card system that can fairly be used by any one, physical information meaning a disability state the operator has is stored in IC card 20 owned by the operator, and the ATM 10 reads the physical information from the IC card 20 and determines the means to be executed on the basis of the read physical information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
