<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an advertisement function of a paper medium or printed matter such as a newspaper to further practically use them as an advertisement means. <P>SOLUTION: This advertisement method distributing a moving image advertisement to a portable terminal to perform advertisement has: a step for receiving distribution requirement transmitted from the portable terminal via a communication line; and a step for transmitting moving image data of the moving image advertisement to the portable terminal via the communication line in response to the distribution requirement. The moving image data include access information allowing connection to a related service provision device providing service (order reception, estimation, commodity provision, settlement or the like) related to the moving image advertisement. The distribution requirement is transmitted from the portable terminal by reading a connecting code placed on the printed matter such as the newspaper, allowing connection to a device capable of transmitting the moving image data.
