<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lighting fixture with high safety having good operability when adjusting the height of a lamp. <P>SOLUTION: The lighting fixture is provided with a recessing body 11, a mounting plate 12, a cover 13, a light fixture 14, and a cord 15. The cylinder-shaped recessing body 11 having an opening 19 at one end is embedded in a ceiling, and a first screw 26 is arranged at a first edge part 25a of the opening 19. The mounting plate 12 having a locking hole 28 at neighboring area of outer edge part is opening/closing freely mounted on the opening 19. The locking hole 28 has a round hole 34 through which a head part 26b of the first screw 26 passes, and a long hole 35 extended from the round hole 34 toward outer edge part, through which an axis part 26a of the first screw 26 can freely pass but the head part 26 thereof can not. A gap is formed between the head part 26b of the first screw 26 and a first edge part 25a. When adjusting the height of the light fixture 14, the first screw 26 engages with the locking hole 28, and the mounting plate 12 is hung on the recessing body 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
