摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation-curable resin composition which enables obtaining a high-definition pattern excellent in the shape in preparing an optical waveguide by the pattern-forming method using a fine lithography technique and has excellent storage stability, an optical waveguide using the resin composition, and a method for manufacturing an optical waveguide. SOLUTION: The radiation-curable resin composition comprises a silicone polymer having a carbon-carbon unsaturated bond, a silicon-hydrogen bond, and an oxetanyl group in the molecule, a photoacid generator, and a dehydrating agent. The optical waveguide comprises a bottom clad layer, a core portion, and a top clad layer, and at least one of the bottom clad layer, core portion, and top clad layer is the above radiation-curable resin composition.
