PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To securely bond a bush main body composed of a rubber elastic body to a bar member by ensuring required facial pressure without compressing most parts of the bush main body. SOLUTION: This bush main body 10 having an internal hole part 11 in which the bar member B passes through and a bracket fitting 20 for holding it are divided into two parts in the vertical direction, and divided rubber bodies 10a, 10b of the bush main body are vulcanized adhesively to inner peripheral faces of both of half members 20a, 20b of the bracket fitting. Intermediate plates 13a, 13b having circular arc cross section are buried into inner peripheral parts of the divided rubber bodies 10a, 10b by leaving thin rubber layers 14a, 14b on an inner side and protruding both end parts 13', 13' in the axial direction from the divided rubber bodies. The intermediate plates are pressed across the bar member B through an adhesive layer 15 by both of divided rubber bodies to press and bond peripheral faces 11a, 11b of the internal hole part onto an outer peripheral face of the bar member B by predetermined facial pressure.
