PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sustain downloading even if a mobile terminal forming a group disappears from a downloading object area. SOLUTION: The mobile terminal of a user utilizing a downloading area every day during the transfer of information is found and information to be downloaded is stored in that mobile terminal. Even after the mobile terminal left the downloading area, downloading can be resumed by using the information stored when the mobile terminal entered the downloading area again.
