PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a micro hollow molded body capable of forming a multilayered three-dimensional structure of a micro/nano scale, improved in bonding strength, and contains parallel crosses, meshes, capillary flow paths, etc, with high accuracy and reproducibility. SOLUTION: The micro hollow molded body manufacturing method comprises processes: of applying a heat dissipating composition whose main component is thermoplastic resin on a molding die where a prescribed fine pattern has been formed to laminate a heat dissipating composition layer; transferring the heat dissipating composition layer corresponding to the fine pattern onto a base material through a reversal imprinting method; forming a resin layer on the heat dissipating composition layer keeping, at least, a part of the heat dissipating composition layer exposed to the outside; and forming a micro hollow molded body through processing of removing the heat dissipating composition by heating.
