PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce development man hour in connection with program correction without preparing a special application in a device itself. SOLUTION: A disk media reproducing device 100 which reads and reproduces data recorded on a disk medium 200 has; a Tag information discrimination section 21 which determines whether data of tag information recorded in the disk medium 200 is a correction program; and a ROM correction unit 22 which executes ROM correction processing, and executes the ROM correction processing when data written in the tag information is the correction program.
