PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thrust roller bearing capable of supporting thrust load acting on a shaft using a needle-like roller as a rolling body, facilitating machining to prevent increase of cost, reducing friction resistance of a cage and a bearing ring, and reducing torque. SOLUTION: This thrust roller bearing is provided with the cage 11 having a plurality of pockets 18 at a predetermined interval in the circumferential direction and composed of an annular plate member and rollers 12 stored in each pocket 18 and is constituted by forming a flange 22 formed by bending in the axial direction at an end fringe of the bearing ring 13 on which the roller 12 comes into contact by rolling, extending a peripheral fringe part of the cage 11 in the radial direction, and forming its tip 25 as a guide piece 24 abutted on the flange 22 and guided.
