PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem wherein power transmission loss of a driving system becomes large since a movable output shaft is inclined when a mirror is inclined to easily generate problems of vibration of the mirror, lowering of responsiveness and safety problem of an intermittent mirror tilting operation. SOLUTION: A gear mechanism is not inclined to a case, even if the movable output shaft is inclined when the mirror is tilted, by holding the axial center position and axial center direction of the gear mechanism in a rotatable state in relation to a lower case, and thereby transmission of power can be realized in little transmission loss state in all operation ranges of a mirror plate.
