PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire in which a color rubber layer having good durability and color-fastness in relatively small thickness is arranged on a side wall part. SOLUTION: In the pneumatic tire, the color rubber layer of two layers or more in which at least an inner layer 8 comprising a rubber composition containing a natural rubber and/or a diene based rubber and a butyl rubber and/or a halogenated butyl rubber is provided on an inner side of the outermost layer 7 comprising a rubber composition containing a butyl rubber and/or a halogenated butyl rubber at 80 mass% or more of a rubber component is arranged on the side wall part 9 and total gauge of the color rubber layer is set to 2 mm to 4 mm. In this case, the inner layer 8 preferably comprises a blended rubber of a butyl rubber and an ethylene-propylene-diene ternary copolymer and/or a natural rubber and further, a content of the butyl rubber is preferably 30-50 mass% of the blended rubber.
