PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method capable of forming a nucleic acid complex in the surface to interact with biomolecules. SOLUTION: A nucleic acid molecule (A) is immobilized on a solid phase. The nucleic acid molecule (A) and a nucleic acid molecule (B) are designed so as to be hybridized. The nucleic acid molecule (B) and a nucleic acid molecule (C) are designed so as to be hybridized. The nucleic acid molecule (A) and a nucleic acid molecule (C) are designed so as not to be hybridized. Then the nucleic acid molecules (A), (B), and (C) are hybridized to form a complex. By bringing a double-strand nucleic acid made of the nucleic acid molecule (B) and the nucleic acid molecule (C) contained in the complex into contact with biomolecules, the interaction between the double-stranded nucleic acid and the biomolecules is observed.
