<p>A floating structure with double-floor stabilizing board. The floating structure consists of the large float, the double-floor stabilizing board, and the hanging platform. The large float is of plane framework enfolding with fibreglass or metal plate outside, filling with non-water-absorb foamed plastic material inside. The double-floor stabilizing board is fixed by the connecting pole from the lower of the large float. The hanging platform is fixed by supporting stand from the upper of the large float. Bar slots can be set on the large float and the double-floor stabilizing board to fend off the wave. The depth the double-floor stabilizing board can be pre-configured or adjusted by a lifting pole inside the connecting pole. It can be built into both monomer structure and combined structure. It is safe, reliable and of wide usage. It services stable and fast which meets the needs people live, work, entertain on the water for a long period of time.
