<p>In a chemical liquid injection device, an injection head to which a chemical liquid syringe is attached is rotatable between a preparation attitude where the tip of the injection head is oriented upward and an injection attitude where the tip is oriented downward, and the preparation attitude and the injection attitude are determined by an attitude determination means (122) to operate and control a syringe drive mechanism (117) that drives a chemical liquid syringe (200). First, initial setting is made in the device such that only chemical liquid suction is freely operable. Then, the device is set, when the chemical liquid suction is completed and the injection head (110) is in the preparation attitude, to a state where only bubble removal is performable, and is set, when the bubble removal is completed and the injection head (110) is the injection attitude, to a state where only chemical liquid injection is performable. Chemical liquid injection with a chemical liquid syringe in which bubble removal has not been complete can be automatically prevented.</p> |
