<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently communicate with a plurality of terminal, and to save on power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: An information terminal 101 is connected to an access point 102 by radio communication to form a single network, and also connected to a printer 103 to form another network. The information terminal 101 realizes the communication in the two networks in time division by slot multiplexing. Slots to be assigned to each of the two networks are prevented from being superimposed, and a required band is ensured for each of the slots and a slot not communicating both of the networks is prevented from existing, thereby enabling efficient communication. The band of each network can be adjusted depending on a communication state, for example, the type of data concerning communication, a data amount, a traffic amount and the control state of an opposite party apparatus and the like.
