<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a combined machine which can reduce an operation burden on a user by simplifying or saving the input operation of authentication information in the combined machine. <P>SOLUTION: The combined machine 1 is equipped with a user ID registering means for registering a user ID, an operation-permission registering means for registering an operation permitted for each of the individual users ID and a control means. The controller makes a judgment on whether a login using a user ID having permission of an operation registered by the operation-permission registering means is already made at the time of executing the operation, and permits a user to make the operation without requiring the user to newly log in the machine if an login using the user ID is already made and requires an login using the user ID if the login using the user ID is not yet made. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
