<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make an interphone function hands-free with one frequency of carrier wave. <P>SOLUTION: A carrier wave detecting means 14 for voice signals is provided, and when the carrier wave detecting means 14 detects carrier wave, a receiving means 7 is started, and a transmitting means 4 is stopped.
