PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite loudspeaker in which projection of a tweeter from a woofer can be reduced as much as possible even when a back cabinet of the tweeter is formed. SOLUTION: In the composite loudspeaker where a woofer 10 and a tweeter 20 are integrated coaxially, first yoke 11 of the woofer 10 has a central projection 11a projecting in the center and arranged with a voice coil 15b on the periphery thereof, and a cavity 11b opening at the end is formed in the central projection 11a. An air hole 21b interconnecting the inside space of a vibration cone 26a and the outside on the back of a second yoke 21 is formed in the second yoke 21 of the tweeter 20. The tweeter 20 is fixed to the central projection 11a such that the back of the second yoke 21 encloses the cavity 11b while opposing the end of the central projection 11a opened by the cavity 11b of the first yoke 11.
