PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data recording/reproducing device capable of simultaneously programmed recording and editing a play list. SOLUTION: Information regarding the execution of play list connection and a play list to be connected with are contained in programmed recording information. Thus, when programmed recording is executed, determination is made as to the storage of the information regarding the execution of the play list connection (step S124). If the storage of the information regarding the execution of the play list connection is determined (YES in step S124), then determination is made as to a play list to be connected (step S126).
