PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleep information detection system in which sleep information detection processing can be performed in a simple and easy manner. SOLUTION: The sleep information detection system is equipped with: a breath sound physical quantity capturing part to capture physical quantity relating to breath sound from a breath sound detection part; and a during-sleep breath sound judgement part to judge breath sound during sleep based on the physical quantity relating to the breath sound captured by the breath sound physical quantity capturing part. The during-sleep breath sound judgement part is equipped with: a judgement value detection part to detect a judgement value of the physical quantity relating to the physical quantity for each of a plurality of frequency blocks obtained by dividing the physical quantity detected by the breath sound detection part based on the frequency; and a discrimination part to discriminate the breath sound of a person during sleep as at least one kind among the sleep-breath sound, snoring sound, and loud snoring sound.
