PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a healthy mat which reduces fatigue, low back pain or the like generated because of instable posture of sitting on a seat or the like, and is effective to the posture of sitting on a seat or the like, low back pain or the like. SOLUTION: A mat 1 which is put on a sitting face of a seat or the like on which people put the bottom and has two semicircle heights 2, 3 positioned laterally and a low back support cushion which is attached in the condition of standing up from the back of the mat 1, can move up/down, be removed, has mountain-like convex sections elevating from the center to both sides and supports the low back of the sitting person from the back side.
