PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods for exactly detecting or weighing microorganism by adding a specific surfactant capable of separating the microorganism in specimens from the specimens including surfactant or the specimens including emulsion particles thereby efficiently collecting the microorganisms from the specimens. SOLUTION: A discoloration-preventive and dark-colored microorganism collecting filter 7 is used to inhibit the fluorescence from the filter itself caused by the effect of surfactant thereby recognizing individual dyed microorganisms.
