The invention concerns immunoglobulins characterized in that they include immunoglobulins of IgG₂ classes and corresponding sub-classes, specific of secretion-excretion antigens of the prosmatigote and asmatigote forms of Leishmania sp, capable of lyzing Leishmania sp amastigotes and promastigotes in vitro, and neutralizing their proliferation.
