The invention relates to a method for production of an element comprising fluid circulation channels. Grooves (12) are produced in at least one face (21) of a baseplate (10), the grooves (12) are sealed by means of thin sheets (16) and a cover (22) is welded by isostatic thermo-compression welding to the face (21) of the baseplate (10) with the grooves above the thin sheets (16). The grooves comprise sockets (14) to house the sheets (16). The sheets are welded for example, by laser welding.
