<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically delete all the information related to a deleted user when the processing for deleting the registration of the user is performed. <P>SOLUTION: A user information holding means for holding registered user information, a user registering and deleting means for performing a user registering processing or a user deleting processing for the user held in the user information holding means, a user information storing means for storing information related to the user held in the user information holding means, and a user information controlling means for controlling information related to the user stored in the user information storing means, are provided.
