<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded resin product which can be produced easily and is high in joining strength between a transmission material and an absorption material and excellent in heat resistance, appearance, and designability. <P>SOLUTION: In the molded resin product 1, an overlap part 11 in which the transmission material 2 made of a resin molding member transmitting laser beams and an absorption material 3 made of a resin molding member absorbing the laser beams are laid to overlap each other is irradiated with the laser beams L of a semiconductor laser from the transmission material 2 side so that the absorption material 3 and the transmission material 2 are welded/joined together.
