<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a data processed by an electronic device housed in a network to be transferred to another electronic device housed in a different network. <P>SOLUTION: The communication terminal comprises a first connection means for connecting to a first network that houses a printer, a second connection means for connecting to a second network which is different from the first network and houses a personal computer, a means for receiving printer information from the printer, a means for transmitting a print request to the personal computer, a means for receiving an inquiry about equipment information which is transmitted from the personal computer in response to the print request, a means for transmitting the acquired printer information to the personal computer in response to the equipment information inquiry, a means for receiving the print data processed by the personal computer in response to the print request based on the printer information from the printer, and a means for transmitting a received data to the printer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
