PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent a counterpart once refusing a sales telephone call from being called again from the same company. SOLUTION: The system is provided with PDAs 5 connected to a plurality of telephones 4 respectively and a call origination inhibition server 8 always connectable from the PDAs 5 via a communication line. The PDA 5 notifies the call origination inhibition server 8 of the designated telephone number. When a call origination approval command is transmitted from the call origination inhibition server 8, a call origination controller allows the call to be originated by inputting the telephone number to the telephone 4. While, when a call origination disapproval command is transmitted from the call origination inhibition server, the call origination controller outputs that the telephone number is a call origination regulation target. When the telephone number of the counterpart refusing the sales telephone call is instructed, the call origination controller notifies the call origination inhibition server 8 of the telephone number as the telephone number to be subjected to call origination regulation.
