PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor capable of rapidly setting a compensation reference point with a high versatility in compensating the distortion caused by a photographic lens. SOLUTION: The image processor has a plurality of distortion compensation parts 47 which compensate the distortion resulting from the photographic lens to an inputted original image, each distortion compensation part has a reference point setting part 54 which sets the compensation reference point to the original image, a distortion compensation level setting part 55 which sets a distortion compensation level to the original image, a distortion compensation processing part 56 which performs compensation processing to the original image based on the set compensation reference point and the set distortion compensation level, compensated image display parts 42, 34 which display a compensated image to which the compensation processing is performed and a reference point storage part 41 which stores the compensation reference point set by the reference point setting part in one of the distortion compensation part and preliminarily sets a reference points stored in a reference point setting part in other distortion compensation part as the compensation reference point.
