PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and more quickly change application programs usable by a user on a built-in device with fewer resources. SOLUTION: When application program names usable by a user are selected and specified, a list describing the specified application program names is generated. A usable application program deletion part 7 then deletes all the application selection parts registered in a usable application program selection part storage part 8. One application program name is next acquired from the generated list, and an application program selection part associated with the application program name is acquired from an application program association storage part 3 and registered in the usable application program selection part storage part 8.
