PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a rubber roller which eliminates the gap between a hot plate and a mold in consideration of a problem that the gap is formed between the hot plate and the mold from a structural aspect, the temperature rise in the mold is made non-uniform by the gap and there is temperature irregularity after a temperature rise and can suppress the irregularity in the temperature rising way in the mold. SOLUTION: The core metal of the rubber roller, which is produced using the mold composed of a hollow cylindrical mold main body and at least two pieces, is arranged to the pieces, the mold is fixed to a heating means comprising at least upper and lower or left and right bisected members which constitute a cylindrical hole slightly larger than the hollow cylindrical mold main body and a liquid material for use in the production of the rubber roller is injected in the hollow cylindrical mold main body and cured to manufacture the rubber roller. In this manufacturing method of the rubber roller, a heating medium, of which the heat conductivity is higher than that of the members constituting the heating means, is arranged to the gap between the mold and a heating member.
