PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manage whether or not the location of a person to be managed matches with a schedule. SOLUTION: A portable terminal 100 is capable of radio communication, and comprises a judgement means 40 for judging whether or not the position information of the portable terminal 100 acquired by a position information acquisition means 20 matches with a managed schedule and notifying means 40 and 10 for, in the case that the judgement means 40 judges that the position information does not match with the schedule, notifying a preset notifying destination of that fact by the radio communication.
