PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a setting data transmission program for collectively transmitting setting data to a plurality of devices and easily returning the setting of a device to its original state when needed, and to provide a setting data transmission method, a setting data transmission system, and a setting data transmitter. SOLUTION: When a PC1 collectively transmits the setting data to the plurality of devices, it first reads a current setting value from the device (S1101), generates a setting history file (S1103), and stores a current setting value read from the device at a setting history file (S1105). After that, by transmitting a new setting value to the device, the setting of the device is updated (S1107). When problems occur in the device following the setting change, the setting value stored in the setting history file is transmitted to the device, and the setting of the device is returned to its original state, thus resolving the problems that have occurred in the device.
