摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a light wavelength detector capable of maintaining a high wavelength accuracy in spite of the elapse of time by improving the workability and reproducibility in the manufacturing and the stability of the wavelength, the light wavelength detector, and the wavelength stabilizing light source. SOLUTION: Wire rods 148, 149 for retaining crystal etalon 142 at the central point thereof are attached to the crystal etalon 142 through ultrasonic welding. Raw materials suitable for the ultrasonic welding are zinc, tin or the like. Therefore, the wire rods 148, 149 are formed of a raw material whose principal constituent is zinc or tin. According to this method, the workability and reproducibility of etalon manufacturing can be improved compared with a conventional device employing silver paste or lead solder. On the other hand, a material having no environmental problem is used and, therefore, environmental preservation is also assured. Further, the wire rods 148, 149 are heated by induction heating after adjusting the gate angle of the etalon 142. According to this method, the internal stress of the wire rods 148, 149 can be removed whereby the stabilizing of wavelength characteristics is permitted for a long period of time.
