PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic wave shield cabinet which solves the problem of removing heat originating from heating of a computer whereas having a good electromagnetic wave shield effect, and reduces the weight of the entire cabinet. SOLUTION: The cabinet has a square shape having six outer side walls made of an electromagnetic wave shield material. At least two opposite side wall surfaces are each composed of a honeycomb structured electromagnetic wave shield material as a venting side wall surface where air vents outside/inside the outer side wall through the honeycomb holes of the honeycomb structure.
